      Qualifications:

      BCom Hons/ CTA or BCom Honours (Internal Auditing) or equivalent

      Professional certification:

      CA(SA), RA, or CIA

      Experience:

      3 years post articles with a proved track record managing multiple clients and teams, able to work under pressure, passionate, results driven, analytical, detail oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills

      I am Sibulele Mapekula a newly promoted Senior Manager at MASA and have been with the firm for three and a half years now.

      At the time, I was very sceptical joining a newly established firm barely a year and a half year old and trading in an environment partially monopolised by the big four audit firms.       Sibulele Mapekula

      My name is Tebogo Thibedi, a 3rd Year Trainee at MASA. When I applied to undergo my training in 2021, I could not know how much I would grow both as an individual and a professional. As anyone at MASA can attest, it is a tremendous honor to be part of the A-Team because it has given us direct access to our excellent leadership from whom I draw the inspiration and motivation to a become CA(SA) with purpose and integrity. In my short time at MASA, I have been exposed to clients of varying size and industries including financial services, retail, listed and unlisted entities as well as public entities to name a few. Through my various engagements and interactions with the A-Team, I have learnt that being a CA(SA) is more than being a competent individual, it is also about building and managing relationships and finding ways to add value, which one can only do when they care. I intend to always carry this lesson in all my professional and personal relationships.

      Tebogo Thibedi

      Sizakele Mtsweni, a Data Analyst Trainee at MASA Auditors, joined the organization on July 1st, 2022. Initially introduced to coworkers, she worked on various tasks, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and data cleaning. She also collaborated with the Audit team to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of business objectives for clients.

       Using statistical techniques and data visualization tools, she identified patterns, trends, and potential insights within datasets. She presented findings to the Audit team, particularly the management team, who used the information to make informed business decisions. She is a data-driven individual with a background in Computer Science and Statistics and is eager to implement tools that will benefit MASA Auditors, an up-growing firm.

       MASA Auditors’ culture and environment are centered around core values, such as integrity, continuous learning, and growth through development. The A-Team, or the A-Team, values integrity, and a family-like atmosphere, making them a valuable asset to the company.
